电视剧讲述了曾经是不良少女的新手护士·立花遥（中条彩未饰演）和想快速结了婚辞掉工作但苦于找不到合适的结婚对象的34岁的前辈护士·三原夏美（水川麻美饰演）于四季综合医院外科住院部的医疗战线上共同奋斗成长的故事。There are two nurses; one is a novice while the other one is experienced. They have their challenges, problems, bright days and friendships. They do their best for their patients and deal and share with one another. They have their ups and downs, but every situation is a learning one and makes them hopefully better.
