跨年夜，往頂樓自殺的女上班族，與殺過人的黑道廚師在頂樓相遇。前者鬼迷心竅一心求死，說著被男友拋棄的傷心話；後者瘋瘋癲癲好言勸活，自稱欠債欠命尚且苟活，試圖打消女上班族的死意。然而他們心底卻各有打算⋯⋯。On the rooftop a girl plans to jump from a building but bumps into a gangster cook who tries to persuade her not to commit suicide. Nevertheless, the two are not really on the same page.
