《恶老板2》的故事紧接着第一集，Nick, Dale和Kurt这三个难兄难弟决定自己当老板，但是再次被狡猾的投资人欺骗。眼看着合同成了一纸空文，三人迫不得已决定绑架投资人的儿子，以重新夺回对公司的控制权……Fed up with answering to higher-ups, Nick, Dale and Kurt decide to become their own bosses by launching their own business. But a slick investor soon pulls the rug out from under them. Outplayed and desperate, and with no legal recourse, the three would-be entrepreneurs hatch a misguided plan to kidnap the investor's adult son and ransom him to regain control of their company.
